"What are rockets really doing there? – Yes, but they become combat in another place, so everything is safe." We are always ready to talk and write about this project with great warmth, as it is the most favorite project from a long list. In order to successfully complete the work, we have united the Customer's services that were previously opposed to each other into one cohesive team in order to make informed decisions together and get excellent results. To this day, we maintain warm relations, even without having joint projects.
A feature of the object was the very purpose of creating the structure. To optimize the area of the enterprise, it was necessary to combine in one building many divisions, workshops, absolutely diverse warehouses (from explosive cylinders to precious metals). The "cherry on the cake" was an office and administrative part for 150 people and an operational roof.
From the point of view of fire safety, it was very risky to design such a building. Our specialists repeatedly scrolled through all kinds of scenarios of emergency situations, thought through security systems and evacuation routes, and then defended the decisions made in the examination with a fight. Fire-fighting passages and traces of engineering communications were laid in millimeters from the boundary values along the only possible corridors, since there was extremely little space on the site.
The selection and placement of equipment was carried out in the closest cooperation with manufacturers. Automation of the warehouse assumed manual unloading only from the long gauge (which completely drove inside the building, due to the characteristics of the cargo). Further, the entire process of storing and feeding raw materials to production was carried out automatically using smart cranes and automated trolleys.
