The project of reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the production of rolled and pressed plates and rubber sleeves with thread and metal braid and winding for the Federal State Enterprise "Aleksinsky Chemical Plant" not only gave our team new experience, but also forced us to significantly expand the possibilities.

As part of the work, the previously approved project documentation was completely revised (due to non-compliance with the terms of Federal Target Program No. 1). Production lines have been optimized or completely replaced. The documentation was carefully "adjusted" to the conditions of the Federal Target Program No.1. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation accepted the revised documentation without comments and the Customer was allocated funding for construction and installation work.

The uniqueness of the project was in the formation of the production lines themselves. Complex equipment required a large number of different communications in an extensive network of underground channels. Since the production lines were automated, the most precise adjustment of the equipment location in plan and height was required, since the processed raw materials had to pass from machine to machine with minimal operator involvement. In addition, an automated personnel safety system has been developed that analyzes the impurities of hazardous substances in the air and signals that the permissible values are exceeded.

Thanks to the professionalism of the team and the trust gained from the management of the plant, we were instructed to develop working documentation, control the quality of construction and installation work, as well as to design and supply custom-made equipment that has no analogues on the Russian market.
